Free vs Paid

Our Free plan is designed for early exploration with limited usage. Paid plans add higher caps, metered overages, and more team capacity.

Upgrades & Downgrades

You can preview plan options anytime. Upgrades only take effect after you complete checkout. Downgrades are confirmed in the billing portal, and your workspace data stays intact.

Usage Visibility

Usage is tracked per workspace. The billing pages show seats, tokens, and workspace capacity for the current cycle so you can adjust early without surprises.

Overages

Paid plans may include metered overages for tokens. The Free plan pauses requests after the included quota until the next reset.

Cancellation

Cancellations happen in the billing portal. Access stays available through the end of the current billing period. You can restart service later without losing workspace history.

Billing Cycle

Billing occurs at the start of each cycle and covers the period ahead. Usage resets when the cycle restarts.
