Plan Changes

Plan changes and seat adjustments are confirmed in checkout or the billing portal. Updates apply after you submit payment details or confirm changes.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and workspace data is preserved during that time.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors or as required by law.

Taxes & Fees

Applicable taxes may appear on invoices depending on your billing address.
