Roadmap (High-Level)

This roadmap describes the direction of CoffeeBreakAI. It is intentionally high-level and does not commit to specific dates.

Current Focus

  • Robust multi-agent routing and orchestration.
  • Reliable HITL review flows with SLAs and reviewer pools.
  • Strong integration support for Git and project trackers.
  • Clear observability for task history, feedback, and retries.

Near-Term Plans

  • Enhanced dependency graph visualization in the UI.
  • More detailed analytics and performance dashboards for agents and reviewers.
  • Expansion of supported integrations (project tracking, incident management, documentation tools).
  • Richer configuration options per workspace (fine-grained thresholds, reviewer roles, and SLAs).

Mid-Term Plans

  • Domain-specific agents (e.g., security, performance, infrastructure-as-code).
  • Smarter feedback-driven learning, improving routing and suggestions based on historical outcomes.
  • More automation around epic decomposition and planning, including reusable templates.

Long-Term Direction

  • Evolving agent behaviors using data and experimental techniques.
  • Supporting fully automated “from idea to merged change” flows for well-bounded work.
  • Offering enterprise features like advanced audit trails, stronger compliance, and enterprise-scale SSO.

The roadmap will evolve as the product and ecosystem grow, but the core commitment remains: keep humans in control while automating the repetitive parts of software delivery.
