Reviewer Notifications

Reviewer notifications ensure that human reviewers are aware of tasks that need their attention.

Notification Triggers

  • A task enters Awaiting Review for a reviewer or pool.
  • A task is approaching its SLA deadline.
  • A refinement task is created in response to prior feedback.

Channels

Depending on configuration, notifications can be sent via:

  • Email.
  • Webhooks to chat tools or internal systems.
  • In-app notifications in future UI versions.

Notifications are scoped to workspaces and respect reviewer preferences where supported.
