Reviewer Permissions & Authorization
Reviewer permissions determine who is allowed to:
- Review and approve tasks.
- Override automation decisions.
- Resume or cancel paused work.
Roles (Conceptual)
- Workspace Owner – Full control over configuration and membership.
- Reviewer – Can approve or reject tasks assigned to them or their pool.
- Observer – Can view, but not modify, tasks and decisions.
Access Control
- Only authorized reviewers can act on tasks in a workspace.
- Audit logs record who took what action and when.
- External integrations respect workspace scoping to avoid data leakage.
Proper permissioning is essential for compliance and trust in automation.
