Workspaces
A Workspace is the primary boundary for configuration, data, reviewers, and integrations in CoffeeBreakAI.
Typical examples of workspaces:
- A product team (e.g., "Billing Platform").
- A customer project (e.g., "Client ABC Implementation").
- An internal practice area (e.g., "DevEx Tools").
What a Workspace Encapsulates
- Tasks and history for that team or project.
- Reviewers and their permissions.
- Integrations (repositories, project boards).
- Configuration such as confidence thresholds and retry limits.
- SLA rules for review and response time.
Why Workspaces Matter
- They keep data and decisions scoped to the right group.
- They allow per-team governance while sharing a common platform.
- They make reporting and analytics meaningful at the team level.
To see how configuration is applied inside a workspace, see Workspace Settings.
